Mütofest – The Festival of Ancient World
Mist raises from the pasture
From the fertile soil of spirit
Our mind and soul become crystal clear
And rulers of the sea from ashes raise…

Once a year, in the middle of August, in the hills of Kassinurme meet those, who are interested in our ancient age and stories. Mytofest is in its own way a journey through time of sagas and epics. For three days Kassinurme hills will become an ancient kingdom, where you can met dragon worshippers and firedancers, witches and fairies, warriors and traders, nobles and beggars, musicians and vagabonds.

Tournaments and contests will also be held, so great men from near and distant lands can test their strength against each-other and determine the best. Wise women and men tell us wise stories about the ancient times. In our workshops it is possible to learn ancient wisdom and how to make with your own hands things the roots of which are in the ancient age. And of course you will hear music, often the singing and dancing continues until early morning.
